11.30am: March commences at Council Office, Burrows Street to Surat Memorial Park, Marcus Street (please assemble no later than 11.20am).
11.45am: Service commences at Surat Memorial Park, Marcus Street. Following the service there will be a BBQ lunch at Surat River Walk.
